Masters in Music Therapy, Brasov

Posted in Projects on 10th May 2010

Well, I'm sitting in the lobby of a hotel in Brasov after two days spent teaching students on the new Masters in Music Therapy Course, run by the University of Transylvania. It has been fascinating to meet the students and explore their motivation for learning more about music therapy, and hear their hopes and frustrations about the future of music therapy in Romania. We hope very much to link the Universty with one of the UK Music Therapy Training Courses and to see if the students would be interested to learn from the practice and considerale experience of our Local Partners using music all around Romania. Things have come a long way since my first project back in 1995! Alexia.
