Training in Moldova

Posted in Projects on 17th September 2012

We are really excited to hear that two of our Local Partners in Romania, Monica Szabo and Maia Indries, have been asked by HealthProm to deliver introductory music as therapy training to 20 students from about 6 different Non-Governmental Organisations, and some students from a local music college, in Moldova later this month. Monica and Maia have achieved recommended status as trainers from Music as Therapy International and we know they will offer a high quality insight into how music can be used to help children with disabilities, to address the emotional and developmental challenges faced by orphaned children, to meet the needs of people living with autism, trafficked young women and the elderly.
