Musical Instruments arrive in Romania

Posted in Projects on 22nd June 2017

Georgiana Savin is a Romanian psychotherapist who completed our Distance Learning Programme in 2015. At that time she was working in a Special School in Cluj, where she ran music sessions until 2016. Georgiana still volunteers at the school, but she also has her own private clinic. Earlier this year she approached us for help building a musical instrument collection so that she can include music in her continuing work. They've just arrived and she tells them she's been using them in her work with a 9 year old boy who is struggling with anxiety.
