Interactive Music-Making update

Posted in Projects on 6th December 2018

As 2018 draws to a close, the Early Years Practitioners on our Interactive Music-Making Course have just given their first Interactive Music-Making sessions in their children’s centres and nurseries. They tell us they are beginning to see their learning in action, after a term of attending weekly teaching sessions. Next term brings their Practical Assignments – they’ll continue to run Interactive Music-Making sessions and build up a portfolio to evidence their learning and practice. Good luck to all of them!

This year we offered a series of Support Meetings to all early years practitioners who are continuing Interactive Music-Making following one of our past courses. We’ve heard from a number of our graduates about their successes and challenges, as well as pooling our collective experiences to refresh their ideas. Our graduates continue to ask for our support to keep their interactive music-making practice going, so we will be launching our Motivation Programme in 2019. Watch out for further details!
