Music as Therapy

Peru Partnership

After several months of planning, our Peru Partnership with Music Therapist Carine Ries has been finalised.  We look forward to working with Carine and her Local Partners in Huancayo, in the central highlands of Peru, in the summer.  Their project will look at establishing music as an integral part of the educational programme run by the charity Peru Luz de Esperanza, and also using music for early intervention within outreach work supporting vulnerable mothers with their young children.
