Project Rwanda
Not long to go now!
Music Therapists, Nicky Haire and Caroline Anderson travel to Rwanda later this month to deliver a six week skill sharing project to staff and children in a residential home and a day centre in the Rusizi district of Rwanda. Project Leader, Helen Leith, will accompany Nicky and Caroline for the first 10 days and help them settle in, devise a timetable of work, meet with staff etc... At the end of the 6 weeks staff will be equipped with the necessary materials, skills and experience to run a sustainable music programme for the children in their care.Nicky and Caroline will be keeping a Blog, so watch this space for more details!
