What is Music Helps?

Music Helps is a free online training course available to caregivers looking to learn how to use music in the care they provide.

Users will be guided through five chapters of videos, interviews with caregivers, interactive exercises, and plenty of resources. From learning what it might feel like to live with dementia to understanding how to apply key techniques drawn from music therapy in your care, this course will enhance your caregiving skills.
