Following a restructure of our team at the turn of the year, we’ve used the opportunity over the past few months to take stock of our needs, capacity and plans for the future.

And as many of you will have seen from our social media channels, we identified the need for a brand new role for the charity, in the shape of an Operations Officer.

With a career encompassing university and schools, sports events, music venues, film and tv production, Henry brings a great deal of experience to the role. As a musician with a degree in musical performance, he also brings a genuine personal appreciation of the important role music can play in our lives.

“I’m profoundly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a remarkable organization that provides impactful and enduring support. It truly feels like my calling.”

Henry O’Brien

Henry will take on a supporting role with responsibilities extending across all areas of the charity’s activities and operations, working closely with the whole team.

We’ve no doubt you’ll be hearing more from Henry once he has had time to get to grips with the role in the coming weeks.
