This Award form must be completed by the manager of the Early Years setting, and returned to elsahariades@musicastherapy.org, along with the Student Application Form, by 8th September 2023.

Prospective Interactive Music-Making students should complete and return this application form to elsahariades@musicastherapy.org by 8th September 2023 to be considered for this year’s Interactive Music-Making Course. To apply for an Award, your manager must also complete the Award Application Form.
