Delighted to share the latest enthusiastic update on our Introductory Training project in Ballachulish, from music therapist Clare Reynolds telling us about the increasing involvement of staff members Paul, Bev and Jessie:

“Really exciting to be handing ownership of the music sessions to the staff I’ve been working with. Paul, who is a fabulous guitarist and singer should have technically been on his day off, but came in specially for music as therapy. He shared a lovely session with one resident and then supported Bev with the larger group in the afternoon. The residents had great fun singing and watching Bev dress Paul up to the song of “Soldier, Soldier”! Jessie also took over leading some of the activities with the day care group and proved to be a real natural! All in all it was a really positive day in Abbeyfield and the staff should all be feeling very proud of themselves.”
