This Award form must be completed by the manager of the Early Years setting, and returned to elsahariades@musicastherapy.org, along with the Student Application Form, by 18th October 2024.

Prospective Interactive Music-Making students should complete and return this application form to elsahariades@musicastherapy.org by 18th October 2024 to be considered for this year’s Interactive Music-Making Course. To apply for a fully-funded Award place, your manager must also complete the Award Application Form.
