We are delighted to welcome the students of the 14th edition of the Distance Learning Program “Therapeutic Work with Music for Children with Disabilities”, offered by Music as Therapy International and the “Sound Art E-Motion” Association in Romania. This course is accredited and offers 50 COPSI (The Romanian College of Psychologists) credits.

We are very happy to have participants from all regions of Romania this year. Moreover, we are excited to welcome the first student from Chisinau – we are delighted by the interest in our course from professionals in the Republic of Moldova.

We wish good luck to this year’s students and we wish them a wonderful learning journey.

Are you in Romania and interested in the Distance Learning Programme?

Our Distance Learning Programme starts with a theoretical component as students work to develop a deeper understanding of the theory of music therapy through written assignments.

This is followed by an Intensive Study Training in which the practical component starts and where participants have the chance to meet in-person and discuss the theory they have learnt.

The intensive study weekend was one of the best courses I have attended recently. I received answers to all questions, I learned a lot of things that helped me in practice.Distance Learning Programme student

After the Intensive Study Training, students complete their practical assignments where they put into practice everything they have learnt over the past several months.

If you work with children with disabilities and would like to learn how you could use music in your work, please get in touch. Email invatarelasdistanta@musicastherapy.org to register your interest in joining the course in 2025.
