LMS Music Supplies has been for many years one of the charity’s primary sources for ordering musical instruments that are donated to care settings where we deliver introductory trainings and to existing Local Partners worldwide. Musical instruments are key to using music, especially when our Partners run sessions independently, so it is very important to us that we source good quality instruments from a reliable place.

As Covid has been less of a disruption to our work this year and we have really picked up on delivering many of our planned activities, it has been fantastic having the help of LMS Music Supplies with processing many of our complicated orders and shipping musical instruments all over the world. This year we’ve had new sets of musical instruments delivered to new care settings where we’ve delivered introductory trainings, such as Livability (UK) and Open House (Georgia).  In addition to this, we have also ordered musical instruments from LMS Music Supplies for a Local Partner from Caol School in the UK and three Romanian Partners, who all applied for our Musical Instrument Fund. As we are preparing to deliver another introductory training this year at Lebeza Psychiatry Clinic, a new care setting in Ethiopia, we will once again turn to LMS Music Supplies to source some instruments.

All sorts of musical instruments ranging from those that make loud sounds, such as the bongo drums and cymbals, to less powerfully sounding instruments like castanets and metal cabasas have made it (and continue to make it) into our Partners hands where they will be independently using the instruments with the people they care for.

Thank you Emma and Lee from LMS Music Supplies!
